ITINERARY FOR TOUR C-1: BANGLADESH, EGYPT, WALES
BANGLADESH
1) Moghul Memories Arrival in "crazy Dhaka" at the Tropical Inn Hotel, riding
in a rickshaw to see the sights like the Hindu Dhakeshwari Temple and the
beautiful Star Mosque, then taking a van out to Shahid Minar,
memorial to martyrs of the Language War.
2) Tea and Tigers
A flight north to visit the tea plantations and fruit
orchards of Sylhet, then back to Dhaka to board "The Rocket"
heading for the wildlife and tigers of the Sundarbans

"My Golden Bengal" Driving up through
the jute and rice fields of western Bangladesh, visiting women's
artisan cooperatives,ancient Buddhist ruins, and the silk weavers of Rajishah
4 Ploons and Prawns
South again to Chittagong, arriving at The Golden Inn and sight-seeing,
then a two-day excursion into a Mru village, one of the most unique
of the Hill Tribes, then to the long, unbroken, shark-free beach of
Cox Bazaar, an excurion out to the sacred island of
Maheskhali and its ancient art of ship-building, then back to Dhaka
for a farewell dinner.
EGYPT
1) Life
5000 Years Ago Arrival in Cairo at the Le Meridien Pyramids,
a visit to the re-enacted Pharaonic Village, the Light and Sound Show at
the Pyramids, belly-dancing, shopping the great Cairo bazaar,
riding a camel out to the pyramids
2) Floating Back Through Time
On to Luxor and
La Piramisa Isis Hotel, sight-seeing a few of the many wonders-- the
temple of Karnak, and, from a balloon and on foot, the Valley of the
Kings and the great temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
3) Monuments
to Immortal ME! Taking a cruise ship south along the Nile,
stopping to tour a few temples on the way, arriving at the Oberoi Hotei in Aswan,
seeing the great Temple of Abu Simbel at dawn, as Ramses II intended
4) Diving Into The Red Sea
Arriving at the Helnan Marina in one of Egypt's premier resorts, Sharm-el-Sheikh
and deciding where to begin with so many places to dive into the underwater world.
WALES
1) Bluff on the Wye Arriving in
Chepstow, hiking along Offa's Dyke Trail, the Wye River, Tintern Abbey to
Trellech Grange, then the Usk Valley to Abergavenny, sheep dogs, Welsh sheep,
and Raglan Castle 
2) Coracles, Caves and Castles
The Forest of Dean and its Sculpture Trail, a train ride through
Brecon Forest to Betws-y-Coed, Llanfair Slate Caverns, Harlech Castle,
Aled Owen's "Ewe-phoria," guest driving on the Ffestiniog Railway, a medieval banquet
at Ruthin Castle
3)Coastlines and Cockle Pies
A horseback ride along the Isle of Anglesey, the Trefiw Woollen Mills, the Pwlhelli Peninsula with its hillforts and Criccieth Castle, a cruise out to see local marine wildlife,
inland to Rhayader for a visit to the Centre for Alternative Technology
and a day of trout fishing 4)Haunts and Rucks Down the
coast to Mumbles, the beautiful National Botanical Gardens of Wales, water sports on the
Pembrokeshire Peninsula, touring Carew Castle, local artists in slate sculpture and
in waterpainting, Cardiff, the capital, haunted castles and Wales' favorite
sport, rugby.
